Asistimos por sexto a\u00f1o consecutivo a la Vitrina Tur\u00edstica de ANATO que se lleva a cabo entre el 21 y el 23 del mes de febrero en el recinto de CORFERIAS de la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1, convencidos de que se trata de la m\u00e1s importante ventana que tiene no solo Colombia para mostrar todo su oferta de servicios y productos en el campo tur\u00edstico, sino tambi\u00e9n la oportunidad de conocer el men\u00fa de opciones que en este mismo campo tienen por lo menos otras\u00a0 30\u00a0 naciones invitadas al certamen que exitosamente durante los \u00faltimos 37 a\u00f1os organiza La Asociaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Agencias de Viajes y Turismo \u2013 ANATO.
\nComo usted amigo lector de Destino Caf\u00e9 lo puede apreciar, en esta edici\u00f3n, especialmente elaborada para mostrar lo mejor de nuestro Paisaje Cultural Cafetero Colombiano \u2013PCCC, procuramos incluir una selecci\u00f3n de aquellos destinos imperdibles que no pueden ser f\u00e1cilmente evadidos o ignorados por quienes llegan cautivados inicialmente por el aroma del caf\u00e9 m\u00e1s suave del mundo y todo lo que implica su proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n.\u00a0 Hemos querido ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y para ello, no solo nos limitamos a recomendar los sitios de encanto que tiene\u00a0\u00a0 esta zona declarada por la Unesco como Patrimonio de la Humanidad desde el a\u00f1o 2011, sino tambi\u00e9n presentamos con orgullo un ac\u00e1pite bien particular sobre la riqueza que en materia de aviturismo ofrece el PCCC a los visitantes nacionales y\u00a0 extranjeros, que tienen muy claro que Colombia es la primera potencia mundial en n\u00famero de aves con por lo menos 1924 especies, de las cerca de 10 mil cuatrocientas que se han logrado clasificar en el planeta y, m\u00e1s a\u00fan cuando en el PCCC se puede apreciar por lo menos el 40 por ciento de p\u00e1jaros que tiene nuestro pa\u00eds. Es decir, sin modestia alguna, somos un verdadero para\u00edso de aves para el mundo.
\nDestacamos adem\u00e1s en esta edici\u00f3n, un resumen fotogr\u00e1fico de aquellos municipios del PCCC que son destino privilegiado para la celebraci\u00f3n de la temporada de la Semana Santa prevista a finales del pr\u00f3ximo mes de marzo y especificamos en detalle con nuestra tradicional gu\u00eda tur\u00edstica los que consideramos son lugares de obligada visita para quienes pretendan vivir experiencias \u00fanicas en esta hermosa regi\u00f3n.

We assist for sixth consecutive year to the Touristic Showcase held by ANATO (Colombian Association of Travel Agencies and Tourism) from February 21st to 23rd in Bogot\u00e1, convinced not only that it is the most important window the country opens to show its complete touristic services and products offer but a chance to learn about the option menu offered by nearly 30 nations which are invited as well to this event which has been held for over 37 years by the said association.
\nAs you dear reader might appreciate, this issue is specially crafted to show the best of the Colombian Cultural Coffee Landscape. We try to include a selection of unmissable destinations which are not easily avoided or ignored by those who arrive to the region, captivated by the aroma of world\u2019s smoothest coffee and everything surrounding its elaboration. We wanted to go even deeper and not only we recommend charming sites in the zone (declared by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage of Mankind in 2011) but we proudly\u00a0 present a very particular section on birdtourism as national and international tourists clearly know Colombia is a world power on birdwatching with at least 1,924 of the 10,000 calculated world species soaring its skies and the Coffee Region nesting almost 40% of them: we truly are bird paradise for the world.
\nWe highlight as well a photographic resume of the municipalities which are a privileged destination on Holy Week to be held in March and we specify with detail in our traditional touristic guide what we consider are places of obliged visit for those who pretend to live unique experiences in this beautiful region.
