Nos referimos a nuestros grandes parques temáticos: El Parque del Café, El parque Nacional de la Cultura Agropecuaria PANACA, el Parque de los Arrieros, El Jardín Botánico del Quindio, El Recorrido por la Cultura Cafetera RECUCA y próximamente UKUMARÍ, la nueva alternativa que a partir de mediados el presente año tendrá Pereira para atraer a los amantes de la fauna y la flora en medio de hábitats que nada tienen que envidiar a los más famosos parques de diversión que ofrecen, por ejemplo, los parques de Orlando en U.S.A.
El Parque del Café en Montenegro Quindio, demostró durante la reciente celebración de sus 20 años, por qué se constituye en el principal atractivo de la zona. Con cerca de 700 mil visitantes el año anterior, y 8.3 millones en las dos décadas de existencia, se erige como un verdadero motor del desarrollo turístico del Paisaje Cafetero gracias a sus 26 atracciones mecánicas y en especial, a exaltación que hace de la cultura cafetera a través de estrategias como el Museo del Café, El Show del Café, su maravilloso y pedagógico sendero ecológico, y las bellas y coloridas réplicas de la nuestra arquitectura colonial, legado imperecedero de nuestros ancestros antiqueños.
Panaca, en jurisdicción de Quimbaya, ofrece a sus visitantes otra experiencia que deja huella en el alma y en la memoria de quienes lo recorren, gracias a la forma como interactúan en sus distintas estaciones agropecuarias. Este parque, como el del Café se renueva de manera permanente, y ahora ofrece «Travesía? un recorrido extraordinario por el mundo del Caballo, lleno de fantasía, luz y color. Sin duda, todos nuestros parques son imperdibles para quienes quieren sentir mucho más, que el aroma del café más suave del mundo.

OUR THEME PARKS
T hey constitute the ideal complement for national or foreign tourists who want to live a bit more of that unique experience achieved when arriving to «the cradle of world?s smoothest coffee?; this according to the product design by the National Tourism Fund (FONTUR) for our territory.
We are referring to our great theme parks: The National Coffee Park, the National Agriculture and Livestock Culture Park (PANACA), the «Arriero?s? Park, Quindío?s Botanical Garden, Coffee Culture Tour Park (RECUCA) and, coming soon, UKUMARÍ, the new alternative which will open this mid-year at Pereira to attract fauna and flora lovers amidst high quality habitats similar to those seen at Orland, Florida in USA.
The National Coffee Park at Montenegro (Quindío), which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, showed why it is the zone?s main attraction. With over seven hundred thousand visitors during 2014 and 8.3 million during its existence, it arises as a real engine which boosts local touristic development at the Coffee Landscape thanks to its 26 attractions/rides and for the exaltation of the Coffee Culture achieved through strategies such as the Museum of Coffee, the Coffee Show, its marvelous and pedagogic trekking path, the nice and colorful colonial architecture replicas, imperishable legacy of our Antioquean ancestors.
PANACA, in Quimbaya, offers it visitors another incredible experience which is certain to leave a print on their souls thanks to the way in which different livestock and agriculture themed stations interact. This park, such as the National Coffee Park is permanently renewing with their last attraction known as «Travesía? (Journey), an extraordinary tour along the world of the horse, full of fantasy, color and lights.
The «Arrieros? Park? in between Montenegro and Quimbaya, is less visited than the last two but is still an important attraction in the Coffee Landscape. The use of the guadua tree as a vital element for its infrastructure makes it quite a joy for the eye of visitors who enjoy a beautiful typical town built alongside a hill.
With less mechanical attractions we highlight Quindío Botanical Garden and RECUCA (in Montenegro, Quindío). The landscape exuberance in those places adorn the richness of species as offered by the botanical garden with its butterfly zoo and the gastronomy and folkloric richness of RECUCA.
